Festival Season Peaks: Fringe, Greek Fest & Labour Day Weekend
This week in Victoria: the Victoria Fringe Festival continues its 40th anniversary run with dozens of shows across downtown venues through September 6. The Broadmead Saturday Night Car Meetup runs again Saturday, September 5, weather permitting, at Canadian Tire at the Broadmead Village Shopping Centre, 801 Royal Oak Drive. Then the fall festival season starts immediately: the Esquimalt RibFest brings smoky barbecue, 20+ local bands, and family activities to Bullen Park Friday through Sunday, September 11–13.
